BIOS modified:
1. Add a item in BIOS setup to control CPUFAN on s1under
Dos and Win98/Win2000(ACPI/APM);
2. Add the function "Boot from CD_ROM" which lost.
3. Fix a bug that can not use PCI 128 creative sound
card.
4. Fix Via A20 switch error.
5. Set "cas=3" when at auto in bios.
6. Update "RecoveryEasy".
